I’ve ordered from Totsy a handful of times now, the thing I appreciate most is that when something shows as available, it usually actually is. Reading between the lines, that tells me they’re keeping their inventory well updated, which saves a lot of frustration.

I’ve had plenty of sites let me get all the way to checkout before suddenly saying an item is out of stock, but I haven’t run into that here. The selection is solid too, especially for kids’ stuff, so it makes shopping feel quicker and way less annoying.

I was surprised by how much there was to choose from, they had a great selection and it made finding what I needed really easy

Overall, for the savings, I’m happy with what I got and I’d order again. I’d just recommend reading the details carefully before you buy

So yeah, I’m happy with it. I’ve ordered from Totsy twice now, and both times the delivery showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The tracking was easy to follow, nothing got delayed or confusing, and the packages arrived in good shape. that’s really all I was hoping for

I ordered two outfits and, to my surprise, both fit pretty much how I expected. One was a tiny bit snug, but nothing too bad. I usually don’t fully trust those size charts because companies love making everything sound foolproof, but this one actually helped a lot.

The refund took a few days, but that was totally fine.

I ordered from totsy.com the item itself was fine, so I’m glad about that. But the box showed up looking rough, one side was crushed and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on. I wasn’t expecting fancy packaging or anything, but I do expect it to look like it actually stayed sealed during shipping. So it’s kind of a weird mix of being happy the product wasn’t damaged, but also annoyed enough that I’d think twice before ordering again.

I appreciated that they kept me updated about my order along the way, and their replies were generally quick. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall the communication was solid and I felt like I knew what was going on.

I was actually surprised by how nice the stuff from totsy.com was. The fabric feels soft, the stitching looks clean, and nothing felt cheap or flimsy. Just good quality overall. Really happy with what I got.

I was disappointed when my order showed up with two of the items wrong. Mistakes happen, but it feels reasonable to expect the items you paid for to be the ones that arrive. I just hope they make it right.
